Department: Regional Specialized Mental Health - Dual Diagnosis - Birch/MapleInitial competition is now closed.We are continuing to accept applications until a candidate is selected.QUALIFICATIONSCertification/Experience/Knowledge:Successful completion of a Diploma in Developmental Services Worker, Behaviour Science Technician or Social Service Worker with experience in the developmental sector requiredDemonstrated clinical experience working within a Dual Diagnosis, Mental Health or Developmental Disabilities requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers (HCP) Certificate required (recent within the last twelve months)Current Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Certificate requiredAutism Intervener Certificate is an assetValid Class "G" Driver's license requiredMinistry of Transportation driver's abstract requiredSkills/Abilities:Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis, and/or autism requiredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team requiredAvailable to work all shifts, including days, evenings,
