Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become the essential link in providing prompt, reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles from accident scenes, and ensure safe transportation of vehicles to repair shops or impound yards. Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment to assist stranded vehicles or recover vehicles from accident sites
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients in stressful situations
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and recovery tools to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or assist with basic automotive repairs when needed
- Coordinate with dispatchers, law enforcement, and roadside assistance teams to prioritize jobs and ensure timely service
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports for record-keeping purposes




- Utilize forklift or other heavy machinery when necessary to load or unload vehicles in impound or storage facilities

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience in commercial driving
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, brakes, engines, and electrical components
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience operating forklift or similar heavy equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics to assist with minor repairs on-site
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb into trucks, and perform physically demanding tasks

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
