GTA Coach is an established Canadian transportation company with 37+ years of experience, providing professional coach and group transportation services across the GTA, Canada, and the USA.

We serve corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, sports groups, and other organizations that require reliable group transportation.

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, confident, and energetic Tour Leads – Bus Tours to join our growing tour and transportation team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travelling, meeting people, leading groups, and creating enjoyable experiences for customers.

What You Will Do:

- Welcoming passengers and creating a friendly atmosphere on board
- Communicating clearly with passengers throughout the trip
- Making announcements and providing trip information
- Coordinating pickup points, schedules, stops, and passenger headcounts
- Assisting customers and responding professionally to questions or concerns
- Working closely with drivers and the operations team
- Helping ensure tours operate smoothly and on schedule
- Engaging with passengers and creating a positive group experience
- Building relationships within local communities




- Suggesting and developing current community-based tour ideas
- Identifying festivals, religious events, cultural activities, attractions, shopping trips, food experiences, and other destinations that may interest different communities
- Helping develop and promote new tours designed for specific communities

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, events, community organizations, travel, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident in speaking to groups and using a microphone
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and other community language/s
- Good understanding of different communities and the types of trips and experiences people would enjoy
- Being comfortable working with families, seniors, adults, and large groups
- Alexible with varying work schedules, including some weekends and holidays
