AcuTruss Industries is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in as Truss Builder.

As a Truss Builder, you will work as part of a team building roof and floor trusses according to plans and production requirements. This is a hands-on position that involves working with lumber, nail plates, and pneumatic tools in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

- Build roof and floor trusses according to production drawings and specifications
- Measure, position, and assemble lumber accurately
- Operate pneumatic nail guns and other hand tools safely
- Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
- Perform other general production duties as required





What We're Looking For

- Previous construction, framing, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is an asset
- Experience reading basic plans or measurements is an asset
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and standing throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
