Environmental Emergency Response

Environmental emergencies are unpredictable and may require extended shifts and variable schedules.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations.

The position may include

- Possibility of being called outside regular working hours, with a premium;
- Rotating schedule;
- Extended shifts during major emergency operations;
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs, with applicable premiums.

We value employees who are ready to respond quickly, work effectively under pressure, and commit to being part of our team for the long term. Job Responsibilities The Vacuum Truck Driver/Operator will be responsible for:
- Driving and operating vacuum trucks and/or jetter trucks;
- Participating in environmental emergency response operations, including accidental spills and industrial cleaning projects;
- Performing pumping, cleaning, rinsing, and transportation of contaminated materials;
- Completing intervention reports and required documentation;
- Performing basic equipment inspections;
- Ensuring the proper operation and general maintenance of the truck and equipment;




- Following health and safety procedures and applicable environmental regulations;
- Working collaboratively with other team members on various job sites.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Class 3 manual or Class 1 manual driver's licence;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic inspections and maintenance;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
- Excellent physical stamina;
- Reliable, resourceful, and responsible;
- Ability to work effectively in unpredictable situations and respond quickly;
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions
- Permanent full-time position;
- 40+ hours per week;
- Year-round employment;
- Occasional weekend work;
- Occasional evening and night work;
- Premiums for emergency calls, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, according to applicable conditions;
- Time-and-a-half and double-time pay, depending on the schedule and applicable conditions;
- Recent, well-maintained trucks and equipment.

Compensation Starting at $28.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional premiums and bonuses may be available depending on schedules and emergency operations.
