Your New Role The Vice President of Operations serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO, working closely across all areas of the business, including Commercial, Residential, Finance, and Development. This role is responsible for supporting the execution of corporate priorities, identifying and solving operational challenges, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. Acting as a central point of coordination across departments, the Vice President of Operations helps ensure alignment between business objectives and day-to-day operations while supporting the continued growth and performance of the organization.





What You’ll Need to Succeed The ideal candidate will be an experienced Vice President or Senior Director from a vertically integrated real estate development and property management company in Canada. They will have experience working across multiple business functions, including commercial, residential, finance, and development, and be capable of supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. The role requires experience leading cross-functional teams, monitoring business performance, identifying operational challenges, and implementing solutions.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and support the execution of key business priorities and objectives.
