Group Solum is looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multi-company accounting operations, financial reporting, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing 1. Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping for multiple companies & related entities

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements

3. Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations

4. Manage general ledger entries and month-end close processes

5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

6. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions

7. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow tracking

8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, and company policies

Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

10. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

11. Support management with reporting and strategic financial insights

What We’re Looking For 1. Previous experience in senior accounting or multi-company bookkeeping required

2. CPA designation or equivalent accounting experience considered an asset

3. Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles

4. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

5. Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities effectively

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Professional, dependable, and deadline-oriented

10. Experience with payroll, corporate tax, and intercompany accounting preferred
