We're looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor who shares that mindset. Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, keeping things organized, and bringing out the best in the people around them.

What you'll be doing

This is a hands-on leadership role that changes with the seasons. You'll help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, oversee crew members, and support the movement of our seed products from conditioning through to storage and distribution.

November – March

During our busy conditioning and packaging season, you'll:

- Lead and coordinate team members involved in seed conditioning, treating, and packaging.
- Coordinate product supply to keep treating and packaging operations moving efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking, and product movement logs.
- Work closely with our Quality Assurance team to monitor seed products and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily priorities and workflow.
- Keep seed products, materials, and equipment organized across multiple warehouse locations.

April – October As our operations shift with the growing season, you'll:

- Coordinate the movement of seed products into cold storage.




- Organize and oversee the disposal of discard seed.
- Coordinate seed certification and field applications.
- Assist with the management and movement of harvested seed products.
- Support transportation between warehouse locations, including operating company trucks where appropriately licensed.
- Lend a hand wherever needed to keep our operations moving forward.

What You'll Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who's dependable, motivated, and comfortable taking the lead while working alongside their crew.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- The ability to manage your own time while coordinating the work of a team.
- Confidence using computers and maintaining accurate records.
- Forklift operating experience.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to adapt as our seasonal priorities change.

Even better if you have:

- Mechanical aptitude or equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- A valid AZ driver's licence.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
