The VP Internal is responsible for internal team operations, including meeting minutes, scheduling, and administrative support for the executive team.

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Solid attention to detail and note-taking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software.

Main Responsibilities

- Record, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
- Coordinate scheduling for executive team meetings and internal deadlines.
- Maintain shared drives, internal documents, and team records.
- Track the progress of team deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Support the executive team with event-day logistics as needed.
- Participate in regular executive team meetings and contribute to decision-making.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed to deliver one of the best experiences to the graduating class.

Anticipated Learning Outcomes





- Strengthened organizational and administrative skills in a team setting.
- Insight into the internal operations of a student-run service.
- Enhanced project management skills through involvement in planning and executing the graduation night.

Time Commitment

Approximately 6 hours per week, with an increase to 10 hours during peak planning periods.
