Are you energetic, outgoing, and passionate about connecting with people? We’re seeking a agile Front Desk/Brand Ambassador at STRONG Pilates Leslieville to be the face of our studio on the busy weekend mornings! In this role, you are much more than "front desk" to us; you will welcome members, guide new guests through their first experience, and help maintain the energetic, clean, and inspiring environment that defines STRONG.

- Member Greeting: Welcome clients warmly by name, check them in for classes, and ensure an exceptional studio experience from start to finish.
- Studio Tours: Conduct engaging studio tours for prospective members and introduce them to the STRONG workout concept.
- Sales & Support: Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and retail purchases using our studio management software.
- Studio Upkeep: Prepare equipment, restock amenities, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house and workout areas.
- Community Building: Foster genuine, positive relationships with members to create an inclusive and motivating fitness community.





Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for Fitness: A strong enthusiasm for fitness, wellness, and the STRONG Pilates lifestyle.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication, a friendly demeanor, and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Punctual, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous customer service, boutique retail, or fitness front desk experience is a major plus.
