Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques, mechanical knowledge, and ability to interpret blueprints will be essential in delivering high-quality work that meets safety standards and project specifications.

Duties

- Perform Stick, MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts according to detailed schematics and blueprints.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine welding requirements and assembly procedures.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal components.
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting heavy materials using cranes or forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Measure dimensions with calipers and other precision tools to ensure components meet specified tolerances.




- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or assembly processes; perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding and construction activities.

Experience

- Proven experience in welding within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Stick, MIG and TIG welding techniques with the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
- Hands-on experience with rigging, crane operation, forklift handling, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machining processes such as plasma cutting and press brake operations.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications.
