We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wood Finisher to join our team. You will be responsible for the final stages of our wood and custom millwork projects, ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards for aesthetics and durability. - Surface Preparation: Sand, clean, fill, and mask wood surfaces to prepare them for finishing.
- Spray Application: Expertly apply primers, paints, stains, lacquers, and topcoats using HVLP or air-assisted spray equipment.
- Colour Matching: Mix paints and stains to match specific samples or architectural specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects (drips, uneven coating, or dust) and perform necessary touch-ups.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray guns, booths,
and ventilation systems daily.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like respirators.
