This is an outdoor, hands-on position. Yard Laborer work outside throughout the year and must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, including hot summer days, rain, wind, snow, and cold winter temperatures.

The work can be physically demanding and involves standing, walking, lifting, moving materials, and staying active throughout the shift.

The Yard Laborer plays an important role in keeping our yard organized, safe, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Optimize and organize packages in the yard
- Restock materials and supplies as required
- Band packages and prepare them for shipment
- Pick hangers and tarp packages as required
- Follow order instructions
- Assist the Shipper/Receiver with daily yard and shipping duties
- Rip LVL and other materials as required
- Pick up banding, tarp debris, empty saw bags and other waste and dispose of it properly
- Keep the yard, work areas, and equipment clean and organized




- Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Perform other general yard and labor duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience working with hand tools and saws is required.
- Forklift experience moving large loads
- Comfortable safely operating common hand and power tools.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and move materials throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and take direction

Pay: From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
