Kelowna City FC Casual Coaching Opportunity | Fall 2026

Kelowna City FC is looking for a passionate, reliable coach to join our Coaching Team on a casual, hourly basis for a 4-week term starting October 6, 2026, with the potential to extend. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the game, enjoys working with young players, and wants to be part of a structured, development-focused club.

The Role

This is a casual, hourly position supporting our after-school programming.



We are specifically looking for a coach with weekday availability between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.

There may also be opportunities for additional hours supporting morning or evening training sessions for coaches who are interested and available.

Coaches will work with players across a range of ages, with a focus on physical literacy, individual skill development, teamwork, and game understanding. Kelowna City FC provides structured curriculum, session plans, and on-field support from our senior coaching staff, so you'll never be walking in unprepared.

- Playing experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience working with children is considered an asset

Requirements

- Up-to-date Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector designation (19+ applicants with a current check will be prioritized)
- Valid driver's license and/or ability to travel to sessions
- Must currently reside in the Okanagan region
