- The candidate must interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time.

- The candidate must provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
- The candidate must facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions and executing omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
- The candidate must move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest and store needs.
- The candidate must receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
- The candidate must contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.

- The candidate must perform product presentation tasks,



including putting items back in place, restocking depleted items from inventory, and destocking or relocating items according to company standards.
- The candidate must use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
- The candidate must perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury workplace of the store.
- The candidate must understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- The candidate must perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
- The candidate must be able to travel to the assigned store using their own transportation.
- The candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is considered an asset.
- The candidate must create and support an inclusive environment that values and celebrates differences.

- The candidate must be willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
- The candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently.
