Independent Cabinet Installer & Finish Carpentry Subcontractor – GTALocation: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‐BasedOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail‐oriented Cabinet Installer & Finish Carpentry Subcontractor to support ongoing multi‐residential renovation projects across the Greater Toronto Area.This role is ideal for professionals experienced in cabinet installation, millwork, and finish carpentry, delivering high‐quality results in rapid‐paced renovation environments. All work is performed using a pre‐approved pricing model with consistent bi‐weekly payments—no quoting required.Scope of WorkThe subcontractor will be responsible for cabinet installation and finish carpentry scopes, including but not limited to:Installation of kitchen cabinets and vanitiesCabinet leveling, fastening, and alignmentInstallation of fillers, panels, trim, and crown mouldingHardware installation (handles, soft‐close mechanisms, adjustments)Light modifications and scribing for proper fitInstallation of shelving and closet systemsBasic finish carpentry (baseboards, casing, trim touch‐ups as needed)Reading layouts, drawings, and install plansCoordinating with site supervisors, countertop installers, and other tradesEnsuring a clean, professional finish suitable for final turnoverPricing & Payment Structure (Important)All work is completed using a pre‐approved,
