The role involves leading the design, execution, and governance of scenario testing across critical business services. The focus is on ensuring the bank can withstand severe but plausible disruptions, remain within impact tolerances, and maintain customer trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid understanding of operational resilience, incident management, business continuity, and technology risk.
- Ability to run complex scenario tests with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in structured facilitation, governance, and executive communication.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KRIs/KPIs and identify systemic weaknesses.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with financial services, regulatory expectations, and risk frameworks.
- Experience in translating regulatory requirements into actionable steps.
- Experience in advising on control design and remediation prioritization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Scenario Design — Build severe-but-plausible scenarios covering various disruptions.
- Critical Service Mapping — Identify critical business services and dependencies.
- Impact Tolerances — Set and validate impact tolerances.
- Test Execution — Facilitate cross-functional scenario exercises.
- Governance & Escalation — Ensure proper incident command structure and escalation timing.
- Performance Measurement — Track KRIs/KPIs and produce executive-ready reports.
- Continuous Improvement — Update playbooks and runbooks based on test outcomes.
- Business Line Advisory — Provide guidance on resilience requirements and control expectations.
