Position: Senior CRM - Software Developer

Duration: 6 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement - B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM - Software Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure technologies, and enterprise application integration.

The successful consultant will support the configuration and development of a modern online registration solution serving both external and internal users. The technology environment includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM for back-office operations, MuleSoft for middleware integration, and Java/React for the public-facing portal.

The role will focus on configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support registration and permit workflows and integrating the back-office solution with the public-facing portal through MuleSoft middleware.

Scope

Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions supporting registration and permit workflows.

Design and implement solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure technologies.

Support integration between Dynamics 365, middleware, and public-facing applications.

Develop both low-code and custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Assignment Deliverables

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service in support of required business workflows.

Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, custom PCF controls,



and other Power Platform components as required.

Design and develop solutions using Dataverse, including required data structures and application components.

Develop and integrate custom Web APIs using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies

Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform

Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.

Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.

Nice to Have:

Previous public-sector experience.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure certifications.
