Position Summary

Are you passionate about fostering responsible business education and enabling impactful student experiences? We're seeking an Administrative Support professional to drive essential functions within the dynamic Hill Levene School of Business.

What You'll Do:

- Convocation Coordination: Manage the administrative aspects of student applications, verify program requirements, update student records, and coordinate with external partners for graduation ceremonies.
- Administrative Processes: Handle convocation event logistics, generate necessary documentation, and facilitate completion letters required for student work visas.
- Academic Support: Coordinate textbook adoptions and case study orders, process deferred exams, manage grade change requests, gather information on academic misconduct, and serve as backup for various tasks of other administrative positions in the Programs Team when required.
- Engage Globally: Contribute to diverse tasks as needed to support the thriving setting of the Schools of Business.

Position Requirements

What You'll Bring to this Position:

- Grade 12 with the successful completion of recognized business course(s); and
- Minimum of three years' related experience in a position requiring close attention to detail
- Combination of education and experience may be considered;
- Completion of some university classes is an asset.

Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in the Role:
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) with preference for experience using Banner;
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to deal effectively in a courteous, cooperative and confidential manner with students, staff and the public;
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;




- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions;
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials;
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures and the Hill School of Business programs and program requirements;
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.

Physical Demands
Pay Grade CUPE Phase 4
Salary Range $45,591.00 to 61,570.60 Annually
Status Term
Work Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on campus.
Duration (if Term/Temporary) Term ending on August 16, 2027 (with a possibility of extension/becoming permanant)
