Our client, a leading property and casualty insurance provider serving both individuals and businesses, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Training & Audit Specialist, Commercial Insurance.

This strategic role offers the opportunity to play a key part in employee development, continuous improvement initiatives, and the maintenance of high standards of quality and compliance across the organization.

Your Role

As a Training & Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting file audits to ensure quality standards and compliance with established practices;
- Evaluating the customer experience and advisory quality through call monitoring and analysis;
- Ensuring the consistent application of company policies, procedures, and industry standards;
- Collaborating with managers and team members to provide feedback and support professional development;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the optimization of processes and tools;
- Supporting training, coaching, and mentoring activities to enhance employee performance and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications





- AMF Commercial Insurance Certificate (required);
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial insurance as a generalist;
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail;
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
