Part-Time Inside Sales Associate – Remote | Friday–Sunday Zoocasa is looking for a motivated, friendly person to join our team as a Part time Inside Sales Associate. This is a fully remote, entry-level position working Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. No previous sales or real estate experience is required — we’re happy to train the right person. This could be a great opportunity for a college or university student, someone looking to gain experience in sales and real estate, or anyone looking for consistent part-time weekend and evening work. What You'll Do You'll be connecting with consumers across Canada and the United States who have expressed interest in buying or selling real estate. Most of the people you'll speak with are warm leads who have already interacted with Zoocasa, although some outbound follow-up and prospecting may also be involved. Your responsibilities will include: Calling and following up with new and existing leads Having friendly, natural conversations with prospective buyers and sellers Asking questions to understand their needs, timeline,



and motivation Qualifying and organizing leads Setting appointments and connecting qualified consumers with Zoocasa's real estate agents Updating notes and lead information in our CRM Following up with leads who may not be ready immediately What We're Looking For Experience isn't necessary. We're much more interested in finding someone who is: Eager to learn and open to coaching Comfortable speaking with people on the phone Able to communicate clearly in conversational English Friendly, dependable, and professional Comfortable using a computer and learning new software Able to work independently from home At least 18 years old Applicants located in Pacific or Mountain time zones are especially encouraged to apply, as this can align well with our weekend coverage needs.
