Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Operations Supervisor to lead our team, oversee daily convenience store operations, and manage site safety. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train front-line retail clerks and overnight staff across rotating shifts. Coach team members on active up-selling and customer service. Site Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and overnight security protocols. Conduct routine site inspections and safety audits. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee daily automated carwash operations, monitor chemical levels, and perform basic troubleshooting on POS terminals and fuel dispensers. Coordinate with vendors for technical repairs. Food & Beverage Operations: Manage hot food programs, ensuring strict food safety, sanitation, and temperature logging compliance. Ensure staff follow age-restricted sales protocols. Inventory & Financial Control: Manage inventory receiving, stock ordering, supplier deliveries,



and daily register reconciliations. Complete daily shift reporting, fuel reconciliation, and cash management. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management or supervisory experience, ideally within a gas station or convenience store environment. Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy with experience using retail back-office and inventory software. Ability to troubleshoot basic point-of-sale (POS) and retail equipment. Certifications: Valid Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain it) and knowledge of food safety standards.
