This is a 2 story, (3,300 sqft) + fully developed basement (1.100 sqft) located in Evergreen SW. Main Level (hardwood floor) Living room Dining room Hallway Kitchen Pantry room 1/2 Bathroom (tiled) Mud room (tiled) Second Level (carpet) 4 bedrooms 3 Full bathrooms Hallway Laundry room (tiled) Basement (Carpet) Media room Recreational hall 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom 1 wet counter (tiled) Housekeeping chores include: Cleaning washrooms, vacuuming, mopping, countertops and kitchen appliances. Our previous cleaner could complete the cleaning in 6 hours. We prefer 3 hours per week or 6 hours bi-weekly. Please call or text (phone hidden)
