We are currently hiring Lube Technicians with opportunities to fast-track into a Supervisor/Management position once you’ve demonstrated your skills, reliability, and ability to work well with the team. What You’ll Do Perform oil changes and lubrication services Check and top off fluid levels Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs Communicate service recommendations to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area Use hand tools effectively and safely What We’re Looking For Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed Excellent customer service and communication skills Familiarity with oil change procedures Willingness to learn and stay current in the field Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Why Join Us?
