Paint Shop Prepper – Window & Door Manufacturing Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour Job Overview: Seeking a reliable Paint Prep Specialist to support our painting department in a fast-growing window manufacturing facility. You will prepare window components prior to painting to ensure optimal finish quality and paint adhesion. Key Qualifications: Previous experience working in a paint shop environment (window or manufacturing industry preferred). Knowledge of surface prep, sanding, masking, and cleaning techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production line. Work Location: In person Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)
