Oak Valley Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Medicine and Transitional Bed Unit. You will assess, plan and educate patients, coordinating discharge planning with an interprofessional team to ensure continuity of care during the inpatient stay.
Shift patterns include 12-hour days and nights (0730-1930 and 1930-0730) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with schedules subject to change based on operational needs.
Compensation ranges from CU10: $37.64–$39.02 per hour.
