Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate ABA Instructor/Therapist to support participants during our Saturday basketball program. The instructor will work alongside our basketball coaches and clinical team to help participants successfully participate in activities and achieve individualized goals.

Responsibilities

- Implement tailored ABA therapy programs designed by licensed behavior analysts to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on each child's progress to ensure effective treatment adjustments.
- Support children with daily routines, social skills, communication, and adaptive behaviors in both clinical and natural settings.
- Assist with medication administration under supervision when necessary, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain clear communication with families, team members, and other caregivers regarding progress and any concerns.
- Ensure a safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines, including patient care procedures.




- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and special education.

Requirements

- Experience working with children eith a disabilities
- Knowledge of special education principles and techniques for supporting children with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent data collection skills to accurately track behavioral progress and treatment outcomes.
- Compassionate attitude with patience, flexibility, and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
- Relevant certifications or training in ABA therapy or related fields are a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
