The University of Toronto’s Workplace School within the Faculty of Arts & Science seeks a Department Manager to provide strategic, HR, operation and financial leadership for the School’s administration. Reporting to the Academic Director, you will lead strategic initiatives and oversee resources across departments.
You will supervise administrative staff, manage budgets, policy interpretation and implementation, and coordinate projects and communications across university units and unions.
