We are looking for an organized, collaborative, and analytical Accounts Payable professional to join our Client Accounting team at BPA.

The Accounts Payable

Clerk is responsible for accurately processing and ensuring the timely payment of all invoices. This role is 100% in office, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm located at 90 Burnhamthorpe Road West in Mississauga, ON.

The Accounts Payable Clerk Will

Receive, verify, and process all expenses in Sage. Review/reconcile monthly accounts payable balance with general ledger. Prepare cash flow, bank reconciliation, and other reports as required by the client.

Serve as the direct external contact with clients' field auditors. Work cooperatively as a member of Client Accounting Team to provide superior customer service to all clients. Receive guidance and direction from Team Leads and Manager, Client Accounting Services.

Work cooperatively with co-workers in other administrative departments (advantages, pension, disability, etc.). Participate in other duties and projects as assigned. To be successful as an Accounts Payable Clerk with BPA, you will need ~ Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.

Bachelor's degree in business or mathematics preferred.



~2 - 5 years of accounts payable / bookkeeping experience. ~ Accounting software skills such as Sage, QuickBooks. ~ Intermediate MS Excel skills (data analysis functions) and MS Word skills.
