This position goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities by actively contributing to business development initiatives across multiple branches of the parent company. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help keep the gears turning behind the scenes of our cutting-edge projects.

Manage an executivecalendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, and events. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive meetings. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, branch managers, clients, and partners.

Coordinate proposals, presentations, and client outreach initiatives. Help monitor industry trends, upcoming projects, and potential partnership opportunities in architecture, construction, and fabrication sectors.



Track performance metrics and development goals Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.

Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables related to business development projects. Relevant education and/or experience inBusinessor related field Experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Microsoft teams); Highly proficient in Office 365, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
