A career as an Advisor within the AAF Group and CDC team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in operational governance, process coordination, and Capital Markets account management. In this role, you can have a positive impact on the organization through your expertise in operational processes, data governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Your role• Coordinate requests related to the opening, modification, and closure of profit centers, portfolios, and accounts supporting Capital Markets activities.
- Administer Activity Approval Forms and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data maintained across corporate systems.
- Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and operational groups to implement requests efficiently and within established timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned initiatives while providing ongoing communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain required documentation, approvals, and control evidence in accordance with governance standards, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to operational impact assessments, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing support for business partners and end users.

Within the AAF and CDC team, you are part of a specialized group supporting governance activities and account management processes across Capital Markets. You work closely with business partners, technology teams,
and operational stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of requests and the integrity of organizational data. Our team stands out for its expertise, collaboration, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Requirements• Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Have experience with process mapping, documentation, and process optimization within a complex business environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and process management or process mapping tools.
- Possess knowledge of financial services, Capital Markets, and related regulatory requirements.
- Have experience coordinating operational activities involving multiple stakeholders and business groups.
Languages: French, English
