THE OPPORTUN

ITYElevation Capital is building an AI-first operating layer across the business to eliminate manual work and increase speed across every te am.As an Applied AI Engineer, you will design and build the systems that power this transformation. This includes intelligent mobile applications, AI-driven interview tools,



voice agents, and data pipelines that connect and automate workflows across the organizati on.Everything you build will be internal, proprietary, and deployed into production. You will see your work used in real time by teams across the busine ss.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.

You will work directly with the founding team to identify high-friction processes and replace them with scalable AI-driven systems. You will own projects end-to-end, from initial concept through deployment and iterati on.
