Job Summary

We are seeking a NACC-trained Personal Support Worker (PSW) with practical AI and digital technology experience to support the integration of technology into senior-care operations.

The position combines frontline senior-care knowledge with AI and digital skills to collect operational data, support AI development, improve digital documentation and workflows, and train PSWs and seniors to use digital technology.

Key Duties

Work with seniors and PSWs to understand and document real-world care workflows.

Collect and organize approved operational data for AI and digital health development.

Support implementation and testing of AI and digital healthcare tools.

Train PSWs and healthcare staff on digital portals, documentation and workflows.

Teach seniors how to use smartphones, tablets, computers and digital services.

Develop and improve digital SOPs and workflow processes.

Provide frontline feedback to technology and R&D; teams.





Support technology adoption with a compassionate, patient and service-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications

NACC PSW qualification/training required.

Experience working with seniors in LTC, retirement or community settings.

Practical experience using AI and digital technologies.

Experience teaching seniors technology or conducting technology classes.

Strong communication and training skills.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Position Rationale The PSW qualification provides the employee with the direct care, senior-care and frontline healthcare knowledge required to understand LTC workflows, while AI and digital technology experience enables the employee to translate those workflows into data, digital processes and AI-enabled solutions. Experience teaching seniors provides the essential bridge between technology and its practical adoption by the senior population.
