AI & Ecommerce Strategist

StoreHero is looking for an ecommerce operator who wants to go deep on AI.

This isn't a traditional SaaS Customer Success role.

We're looking for someone who's spent the last 3–6 years working inside an ecommerce brand or at an ecommerce/performance agency.

You might currently be an Ecommerce Manager, Growth Manager, Performance Marketer, Account Manager or Ecommerce Strategist.

You understand Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo. You know your way around CAC, MER, AOV, LTV and contribution margin. Most importantly, you understand the messy reality of actually growing an ecommerce business.

And you've become increasingly obsessed with AI.

You use Claude every day. You're experimenting with Projects, automations, agents, MCPs or Claude Code. You've probably already used AI to change how you do parts of your current job.

You don't need to be a developer — but you should be the person on your team constantly asking "could we use AI to do this better?" and then figuring out how.

What you'll doYou'll work directly with StoreHero's ecommerce brands and agency partners to help them get more value from their data and improve profitability.

You'll

- Work with founders and ecommerce teams to understand their businesses and identify opportunities.
- Analyse performance across marketing, ecommerce and finance.




- Help customers understand what's driving CAC, margin and profitability.
- Build AI workflows and automations that solve real customer problems.
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable workflows we can use across our customer base.
- Work closely with our product team to influence what StoreHero builds next.

What we're looking forEcommerce experience is essential. You've worked directly for a DTC/ecommerce brand or at an agency working closely with ecommerce brands. You're commercially minded and comfortable talking to founders and senior ecommerce operators.

You're naturally curious and like solving problems rather than following a playbook.

And AI is already part of how you work. We're not looking for someone who's just interested in learning about AI after joining StoreHero. We want someone who's already experimenting with it because they can't help themselves.
