Technicien d'Assemblage / Assembly Technician We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to oversee the assembly of industrial equipment and manage the workflow in assembly and painting cells.

Perform assembly of industrial equipment, including sensitive rotating assemblies. Supervise assembly and painting/finishing activities. Maintain equipment and tools in the assembly and painting cells.





Create and update work instructions for assembly and painting cells. Inspect the quality of completed work orders. Conduct tests on assembled packages as needed. Contribute to performance evaluations and employee development.

Solid mechanical skills. Skilled studies diploma in Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Hydraulics, or relevant technical school experience. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of materials, and quality control documents.

Understanding of mechanical tolerances and precision mechanical devices. Demonstrated capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage plans.
