Customer Service Representative & Light Mechanical Technician

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you take complete ownership of the customer experience. We provide full training so you can confidently consult with customers and work directly on their vehicles.

Your Day-to-Day:

- 70% Customer Service & Sales:
- Warmly greet customers and assess vehicle needs.
- Discuss products, services, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and technicians to keep workflow moving smoothly.
- 30% Hands-On Mechanical Duties:
- Perform oil/filter changes and replace vital car fluids (coolant, transmission, transfer case).
- Replace components under the hood (air filters, headlights, taillights, wiper blades).
- Refill performance enhancers and conduct full courtesy inspections (fluid check, window cleaning, tire pressures).
- Service brakes, tires (installation and balancing), and light mechanical maintenance.

Qualifications

- Customer Service: 1 year required
- Automotive Tech Experience: 1 year preferred (will train right candidate)
- Sales Experience: 1 year preferred
- Language: English required
- Work Location: In person (Surrey, BC)
