We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team, delivering exceptional service and crafting quality beverages for our guests. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Beverage Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.

Customer Interaction: Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and ingredients.

Compliance: Adhere to all provincial and federal laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol, including verifying legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, reporting shortages,



and assisting with restocking as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure productive service and guest satisfaction.

Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry.

Knowledge: Proficiency in mixing drinks, understanding of various spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.

Serve in Ontario, Serving It Right in British Columbia, ProServe in Alberta).

Legal Requirements: Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol in the respective province or territory.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
