Bilingual Information Specialist (French/English) — Remote

Pay: CA$20.44 per hour

Schedule: Full time, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Job type: Permanent, existing vacancy

Reports to: Director of Operations

ISB Global Services is seeking a Bilingual Information Specialist to join our Operations team. In this remote role, you’ll support clients primarily through live chat in English and French, helping them with background screening orders, questions, and results.

What you’ll do

- Respond to client inquiries through live chat with clear, timely, and qualified support in English and French.
- Process employment background screening orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review order details and reports for accuracy before results are delivered to clients.
- Investigate questions, resolve issues where possible, and escalate complex requests to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow established procedures when handling sensitive information.
- Work with colleagues and vendors across North America to keep client requests moving.

What you bring

- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.




- A high school diploma or associate’s degree.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage several chat conversations and tasks at once.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.
- The ability to work independently and stay responsive during a remote shift.

Experience in customer support, chat support, administrative work, or the background screening industry is an asset. Why join ISB?
