REASON TO POST: NEW POSITION
WAGE RATE: $107,370 – $128,003
The Brightshores e-Volve Grey Bruce Transformation Lead provides organization-wide leadership for the people, workflow, and adoption dimensions of Brightshores Health System’s transition to the TransForm Shared Services Organization shared regional Oracle Health instance. This is a clinical transformation and adoption role—not a system design role. The incumbent will help clinicians, physicians, leaders, and operational teams understand, prepare for, adopt, and sustain standardized regional Oracle Health workflows, clinical content, and ways of working.
Using structured transition and change management approaches such as workflow mapping, PROSCI and ADKAR, the Transformation Lead will develop and execute the Brightshores Transformation strategy, complete stakeholder and change-impact assessments, assess organizational readiness, support clinical workflow transformation, and integrate communications engagement, training readiness, reinforcement, and benefits realization activities. The role will be working closely with the Project Director, Chief Clinical Information Officer, clinical informaticists, Physician Champions, subject matter experts, operational and clinical leaders, organizational development, TSSO workstream leads, Oracle Health resources, and partner organizations.
The successful candidate will bring a strong clinical foundation and practical familiarity with existing clinical Oracle Health workflows, including the ability to compare current Brightshores practices with established regional standards, identify patient-safety and operational impacts,
and support adoption of the standard workflow unless a local variation is required for safety, legislation, regulation, or essential operations.
This role requires flexibility to attend meetings and engagement activities across Brightshores sites, partner organizations, vendor forums, and virtual settings. Occasional travel and work outside regular business hours may be required during workshops, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
