We offer medical IV infusions, wellness IVs, medical aesthetics, and nurse-led clinical services — and we are expanding across Alberta.

The Role
We are looking for an energetic and personable Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a field-based outreach role — you will be the face of CareMed in the Edmonton market, building relationships that drive patient referrals, corporate wellness partnerships, and clinic growth.

What You Will Do
- Lead outreach and relationship-building across the Edmonton healthcare and business community on behalf of CareMed Wellness Clinic
- Identify and develop new referral and partnership opportunities
- Represent CareMed at meetings, events, and community engagements
- Track and report on outreach activity and growth pipeline
- Work closely with the Co-Founder and clinical team

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare outreach, or pharmaceutical/medical sales
- Confident, professional, and personable — comfortable walking into a clinic or corporate office cold
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the Edmonton healthcare or wellness market is an asset
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence and access to a vehicle — this role requires regular travel across Edmonton
- Familiarity with IV therapy, infusions, or healthcare services is a plus but not required

What We Offer
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus based on referral and partnership targets
