Job Title: Business Development Executive - Staffing Services

Location: Woodbridge, ON (and surrounding GTA areas)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $35.00 – $45.00 / hour

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our recruitment and staffing agency, building relationships with local businesses, identifying hiring needs, and promoting our staffing solutions directly in the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct direct, field-based marketing visits to light industrial, logistics, corporate, and commercial businesses across the Woodbridge and surrounding area.

- Identify current business leads, key decision-makers, and current or upcoming hiring needs.

- Promote our staffing and recruitment solutions to local business owners, hiring managers, and HR departments.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client prospects through cold visits, networking, and direct follow-ups.

- Represent the agency at local job fairs, industry events, and community networking opportunities.





- Collaborate closely with our internal recruitment team to relay client requirements and feedback.

Mandatory Requirements

- Canadian Work Experience: Previous professional experience working in Canada is an absolute must.

- Vehicle & Valid License: Must own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License for daily local travel.

- Immediate Availability: Able to start immediately.

Qualifications & Skills

- Industry Experience: Direct experience as a Field Marketer, B2B Sales Representative, or Business Development Specialist. Staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- High self-motivation, goal orientation, and comfortable with cold outreach in person.

- Excellent understanding of the local GTA commercial and industrial landscape.

Compensation & Benefits
