- Previous experience with paint spraying and finishing techniques with paints/stains/glazes
- Experience working in a finishing booth
- Experience working with a finishing line
- Good eye for detail and colour and strong colour matching ability/colour palette understanding
- Ability to maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- Punctual and dependable
