In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of materials and tools. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise carpentry work.
- Construct, install, and repair frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, siding, and other structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, walls, and other structural elements.
- Handle drywall installation, finishing, and restoration projects to ensure smooth surfaces and seamless repairs.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes when necessary for lifting or positioning heavy materials.
- Conduct siding installation and repairs to enhance building exterior durability and appearance.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols to prevent injury or damage.
- Utilize welding techniques when required for structural reinforcement or custom fabrication projects.




- Assist with concrete finishing tasks during pouring processes to achieve a high-quality surface finish.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each project phase.

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry work across residential, commercial, or restoration projects.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings to accurately follow project specifications.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, levels, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
- Experience with drywall installation, finishing techniques, concrete forming & finishing, siding applications, and general woodworking.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various job site conditions.
- Knowledge of welding processes for structural or custom fabrication tasks is a plus.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to address in office challenges promptly.

Pay: $40.00 per hour
