Livingstone Range requires a Full Time Child and Youth Care Worker (1.0 FTE). This position will commence right away and end on June 29, 2026. This position will be based out of F.P. Walshe school in Fort Macleod, AB., but may require travelling to other schools throughout the Division to provide support.

Under the direction of the Complexity Team Teacher, school Administration and Division Office staff, the successful candidate will provide one-on-one and small group assistance for student(s) to help meet the goals identified in the student's learning plan, as well as in-class support for students.

Required Qualifications Include The Following

- Experience working in an inclusive school setting or desire to learn
- Experience working with students in one-on-one, small group and inclusive classroom settings
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students who require patience and flexibility




- Experience and training in working with students with different diagnoses from Autism to complex behaviours
- Experience in working collaboratively with a Learning Support Team
- Experience or training working with First Nations cultures
- Experience with sensory regulation
- CYCW certification with specialized experience and training in behaviour support.
- NVCI and/or SIVA training would be an asset.
