Socket.dev is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support Canada-wide transactions and operations. You will provide expert legal advice on transactional and operational matters, working closely with leadership to identify and mitigate risks within the construction sector.
You will review project contracts, draft and negotiate key agreements, and collaborate with joint venture partners and external counsel to close deals.
