The Construction Technician completes renovations and repairs at current locations. Daily work may include construction projects such as siding, stonework, concrete, framing, roofing, and doors and windows, drywall, painting, flooring, basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. At least 2 years of general construction experience. ~ Hands-on experience with framing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, concrete, doors, and windows. ~ Experience using construction equipment including power tools, backhoe and skid steer loader ~ 28 - $34 per hour based on experience! ~ Company vehicle, phone and tools provided! ~ occasional night work may be required. ~ Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance on 1st of month. ~Free Car Washes & Discounts on detailing services Hoffman Development is a local family-owned company that operates the Hoffman Car Wash and innovateIT brands.
