Bird Nason Contracting Group is seeking a Craft Recruiter to support hourly craft staffing across Western Canada. You will post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and help onboard current hires in commercial and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in recruitment or HR, strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn. Travel to project sites and recruitment events is required, and you’ll work closely with hiring managers and field teams.
