Your Impact:

Raffi Jewellers is looking for an experienced Construction / Project Manager to oversee our high-end retail construction, renovation, and development projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction, design, and project management, with a background in luxury retail, commercial construction, high-end residential, hospitality, or a similar environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction, renovation, and development projects from initial concept and design through completion.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate architects, designers, contractors, trades, vendors, and other project partners.
- Review drawings, plans, specifications, finishes, millwork, and construction documentation.
- Oversee the quality and execution of high-end finishes, custom millwork, lighting, fixtures, and other specialty elements.




- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to project plans.
- Obtain and review quotations, manage project costs, and monitor change orders and expenses.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and risks proactively.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships and ensure work is completed according to agreed specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate construction activities with retail operations to minimize disruption to clients and employees.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in construction and/or project management.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field, with a PMP designation considered a strong asset.
- Experience managing projects from concept and design through construction and completion.
- Experience in luxury retail, commercial construction, high-end residential, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, trades, finishes, and timelines.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and construction plans.
