Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions.
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain clean and organized shelves through effective merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Handle cashier duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and issuing receipts with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly,



and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks such as inventory checks, restocking, and cleaning are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and inventory management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize duties effectively throughout shifts.
