4G Tempo is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our team in Fort McMurray.

The Cook will be responsible for preparing fresh food for our customers while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen area. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows proper food safety practices, and can keep up in a busy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh and grab-and-go food items
- Prepare sandwiches, hot food, and other menu items as required
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation procedures
- Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently
- Keep hot food displays and prepared food areas stocked
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and product levels
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food preparation area
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Clean kitchen equipment, work surfaces,



and utensils
- Assist with receiving and organizing food inventory
- Minimize food waste through proper preparation and storage
- Complete other kitchen duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous cooking, kitchen, or food preparation experience is an asset
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to learn and follow established recipes and procedures
